With her life coaching and intuitive skills, she incorporates her Wisdom and is trained in many modalities, such as Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Bowen Therapy, Reiki, and many more. About Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy seeks to restore the natural position of the body and all its systems, it can decrease stress from chronic injuries as well as provide relief from tight neck and back pain, headaches, migraines, temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), lack of sleep and more.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy also facilitates the reorientation and organisation of the whole body towards health. It is done through hands-on feather-light contact with areas that call for attention during the treatment. This therapy is powerful and helps the body reconnect, realign and balance at a very deep cellular level by affecting the fluids, bones, muscles and tissues. It is deeply relaxing and naturally boosts your health and potency/vital energy without any manipulation.

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses heated stones as an extension of their own hands, by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and healing
Craniosacral Therapy - Baby / Child 12y

For babies, children and mums, this is a gentle form of therapeutic touch that can help children enjoy a lifetime of good health, it helps your child clear birth trauma and help clear birth patterns.

Ear Candling

This involves lighting a hollow candle specially made for this treatment, and placing it into the ear canal. A soft suction caused by the heat then drives the earwax from the canal up into the candle.
